Exterior includes a treatment around the perimeter of the eaves of house, around doorways and windows and perimeter of the structure.
Roach Treatment
As Needed
Roach treatment and clean out includes the initial visit with flushing agents to find the source of the infestation. Residual application is applied with dust and liquids and a follow up visit is included to give lasting control.
Lawn Insect Treatment
As Needed
Lawn insect treatment to include fleas, ticks, grubs, chinch bugs etc.
Interior Pest Control
Monthly, Bimonthly or Quarterly
Interior includes treatment of cracks and crevices, dusting in wall voids and placing monitor stations if needed.
Mosquito Reduction
Monthly During Mosquito Season
This treatment attacks all life cycles of the mosquito: egg, larvae, pupae and adult.
Mice & Rat Control
As Needed
Mice and Rat bait stations and monitoring.

Family Owned and Operated
Zappit Weed and Pest Control is locally owned and operated by Wade and Misty Turner. Both Wade and Misty were raised in Palo Pinto County.
Wade spent 11 school years at Mineral Wells ISD and graduated his senior year from Millsap ISD. Upon high school graduation Wade attended college at Western Texas College and holds a degree in Landscape Technology. He has experience as a Golf Course Superintendent in a few area golf courses. Wade has spent the last 10 years in the oilfield.
Misty mostly attended school at Mineral wells ISD but graduated from Perrin-Whitt CISD and has served as an employee of Palo Pinto General Hospital for 15 years in the Radiology Department as an X-Ray and Mammography Technologist.
Together Wade and Misty have an 11 year old daughter that enjoys dance and swimming. They attend church at High Ridge Church and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
